Roni Carlson - Daisy Award

As a department, Med Surg would like to recognize Cara Folkerts, Roni Carlson, and Tioni Loux for the Daisy Award. The staff feel that the department would not run without them. They are the go-to when staff have questions, and they keep the patients informed. If staff are busy, they will get ahold of the provider for them. The staff feel so “spoiled” that they have Cara, Roni, and Tioni as a resource, and they take a load off of the nurses. From insurance/admission questions, to printing out all of the discharge instructions, we are so fortunate that we have them available.
