I had a "Wow" experience! Seriously, the first time I walked into ISH for my educational class before surgery, I walked in and the lady sitting in the waiting area asked me, "You must be Dennis," and asked if I was ready for class. At that moment, I thought "wow!" The registration staff were so caring and professional. So many smiles and thank you's from staff. The classes were very informative to help me understand my procedure.

Every department staff member treated me with respect and dignity. I felt even more positive of my decision to follow through with this procedure, putting my trust in ISH. The hospital itself has a very pleasant and caring atmosphere. Everything is so organized and runs so smooth. It's obvious ISH treats their surgeons all the way down to office personnel with respect; everyone employed there is connected with every patient that receives care through ISH.
