Iowa Specialty Hospital’s 200th baby of 2024, Kaleigh Raeann Ely, was born on April 27th at 9:11 in the morning to parents Emily and Jesse Ely. Baby Kaleigh weighed 6 pounds 13.9 ounces, was 20 inches in length, and has brown hair and blue eyes. 
Iowa Specialty Hospital’s Maternity Center is located at its Clarion campus. “As our ISH family grows, we are so blessed to continue to be allowed this opportunity to provide the very best care to mothers and babies,” stated Jenn Mewes, OB Leader. “Excited to see how much growth we do in 2024!”
In 2023, Iowa Specialty Hospital delivered 594 babies, which was one of the most babies ever delivered at the facility in a year. They are currently well on their way to surpassing that total.
