Iowa Specialty Hospital’s 300th baby of 2023, Ada Lou Ann Edwards, was born on June 27th at 10:52 in the evening to parents Ashlee and Dalton Edwards. Baby Ada weighed 8 pounds 2 ounces, was 21 inches in length, and has light brown hair and blue eyes.
Iowa Specialty Hospital’s Maternity Center is located at its Clarion Campus. “We love being part of this time with our ISH families and welcoming them into our hive!” stated Jenn Mewes, OB leader. “Our OB team is ready and waiting to welcome you here. What a blessing to be allowed to be a part of this amazing time in life.”
In 2022, Iowa Specialty Hospital delivered 612 babies, which is the most babies ever delivered at the facility. They are currently well on their way to surpassing that total.
