Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics will be incorporating electronic data collection (e-survey) into our current Press Ganey surveying process. Currently, a sampling of our patients already receives a survey via regular mail after appointments or hospital stays. Starting in September, we will also begin to email surveys to our patients. This concept will provide a more convenient way to complete the survey and help us capture the voice of every patient.
The information gathered from surveys helps us to make process changes to better meet patient needs; improve policies and procedures, if necessary; and ultimately increase overall patient satisfaction.
We ask that you provide your email address when registering, as this is a vital piece of your medical record, is a great communication tool, and will help us to implement the e-survey more effectively.
As a reminder, all Press Ganey surveys are sent from and returned to Press Ganey for fair and accurate reporting and confidentiality.
