Pharmacy: INR Clinics

INR clinics are available at our Belmond and Clarion campuses for individuals needing assistance in monitoring their INR numbers related to blood thinning medications.

INR stands for International Normalized Ratio. Our pharmacists measure how long it takes for a patient's blood to clot. This test ensures that patients are receiving the dosage of blood thinner, such as Coumadin or Warfarin, that is right for them.  Patients must call their family medicine provider to make an appointment for the INR clinic.
